| Our Lady of the Lake BINGO is in full swing
throughout the year. We rely on our school parents to help ensure the continued success of
BINGO. Please remember to mark your calendar with your scheduled time for BINGO. If you
are unable to work you scheduled time, you are responsible to find a replacement. It is
extremely necessary that we have enough help each Tuesday evening. Thank you for all of
your help.
Things to Remember
- Only one worker per family needs to help each time (more than one
family member is always welcome).
- Floor workers must be over 18 years of age and should be in the social
hall by 6:30 p.m. to help set up. Bingo is usually finished by 9:30 p.m.
- Both floor and concession workers should bring a batch of homemade bars,
cookies, or brownies to be sold at the concession stand.
- Concession workers should be in the social hall by 5:45 p.m. to help
set up and start selling refreshments. You should be finished by about 8:30 p.m. or just
following intermission.
- Parents, we can always use confirmation students who need service hours.
- Children can play BINGO if accompanied by an adult.
- There is always a need for raffle items and items for the consession counter. Feel free
to drop items off any Tuesday. They are always greatly appreciated.
If you should have a conflict with your scheduled turn at BINGO, it is
your responsibility to find a replacement or switch with someone else on the list. You'll
also need to call Sara at (715) 682-7622 during school office hours or the Parish Office
at (715) 682-7620 to let them know who your replacement will be. If you could be available
for an occasional fill-in, please call Sara or Robyn to let them know.
Helping at BINGO is easy & fun! It's a great way to meet other school parents! |
